J. Scott Rickards joins Salem Five’s Board of Trustees


Rickards brings more than three decades of experience to Salem Five.

Salem, MA., April 15, 2026 – Salem Five Bancorp today announced that J. Scott Rickards has been named to its Board of Trustees. Rickards brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate and management experience to the Board, having overseen some of Boston’s most prominent office assets.

Currently a Vice President of Property Management at Lincoln Property Company and member and past President of BOMA Boston, Rickards is responsible for a multi-million-square-foot real estate portfolio in downtown Boston and Cambridge. His deep knowledge of the local real estate market and strategic asset management makes him a valuable advisor for the Bank’s continued expansion in the region.

Rickards earned his bachelor’s degree from Colby College. Prior to Lincoln Property Company, he held leadership roles at Beacon Management Company and Equity Office Properties overseeing some of Boston’s premier real estate assets including Rowe’s Wharf, One Post Office Square, 60 State Street, and 225 Franklin Street.
