Kelly Ewart serves as Senior Vice President and Private Client Practice Leader at Salem Five Insurance. As a veteran of the private client insurance and family office ecosystem, Kelly has more than 20 years of experience spanning property & casualty insurance, sales leadership, marketing strategy, and client experience design. Her background uniquely bridges both the strategic and relationship-driven sides of the business, enabling her to elevate the sophistication of risk management offerings, while ensuring each private client receives deeply personalized service.
In her role at Salem Five Insurance, she is responsible for private client strategy, client advisory, carrier partnerships, and the delivery of consultative insurance and risk management solutions for affluent households.
Before joining Salem Five, Kelly held senior marketing and market-facing roles across the financial services sector, including leadership positions where she drove brand strategy, executed full-scale rebrands, and built integrated growth marketing programs for a firm serving complex multigenerational families. Her earlier career in underwriting and private client business development established her technical expertise in property & casualty and specialty lines at top insurance carriers including Chubb, PURE, and Berkley One, which she now brings to Salem Five.
Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration in marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She lives in Sudbury, Massachusetts with her husband and three children.
