Beth Needham serves as Senior Vice President and Director of Insurance Operations at Salem Five Insurance, where she leads strategic initiatives to optimize agency operations and deliver exceptional client experiences. With over 30 years of industry expertise spanning claims, client services, marketing, and leadership, Beth brings a unique perspective that bridges sales and service.
In her role, she oversees operations for both personal and commercial lines, drives carrier partnerships, and fosters collaborative teams to support growth and innovation. Prior to joining Salem Five, Beth held leadership positions at family-owned agencies, national brokers, and insurance carriers, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the industry.

Beth earned her bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate from Suffolk University. Outside the office, Beth enjoys skiing, golf and cheering on her two children in the ice rinks and the lacrosse fields.
