I wanted to take a few minutes to thank you for everything you did for us throughout the process of applying for- and then receiving- a mortgage. Austin and I really appreciated all the time you spent going through the steps of the process, explaining to us all the new terms, and walking us through our different loan options. We are so happy with the house we purchased, and incredibly comfortable with the mortgage we have. It perfectly fits our short-term and long-term needs! Thank you again for all your patience with me (a non-financial person), for meeting with us one-on-one and allowing us to have a face-to-face conversation. As new home buyers, we simply were not comfortable dealing with those lenders you find online, with someone on the phone a thousand miles away. And, more than anything, thank you for meeting with us at times that were convenient to our busy schedules, fielding my questions and getting answers for us so quickly, and for just being a straight-shooting, good guy.
