Pamela has been part of the Salem Five family since 2020. She built strong, lasting relationships while managing the Washington Street, Salem retail branch and now serves small business customers as a Business Loan Officer across the Merrimack Valley and North Shore. Pamela holds a bachelor’s degree in finance in addition to completing an intensive two-year banking program at the New England School of Finance at Babson College in 2024. She also completed Commercial Credit Training from Moody’s in 2025.

Pamela is passionate and committed to small business clients as she started her own salon in her home country of Albania while in college. She dedicates her time to the community as an Ambassador in the North Shore Chamber of Commerce, participating in local business and industry groups and providing business education.

Her clients appreciate her responsiveness, professionalism and creative solutions that help their businesses grow and succeed.
