Salem Five's Digital Assistant

Sally joined Salem Five in April 2021. She has a wealth of customer service experience, powered by artificial intelligence, and brings this experience to Salem Five to better serve you. She provides our customer contact center with another set of digital hands and can answer hundreds of questions you may have and does it with a smile – we assume. Sally can answer simple questions such as hours of operation, our routing numbers and where you can find coin counting machines to more complex questions such as the types of loans we offer, how to opt in to overdraft protection, view statements online and with mobile banking, apply for a credit card or pay a loan. Of course, if you prefer to speak to one of our customer service representatives, they are always at the ready, during normal business hours. Get locations and hours.

Prior to joining Salem Five, Sally was just an algorithm without a home. Sally does not have a secondary education, but gets smarter as time goes by and the more questions you ask her.

We’re excited to have Sally on board at Salem Five to help you make your move. She lives in Salem, MA, participates in the local robotics club, enjoys trivia nights as well as movies and music. Her favorite film is Money Ball and she loves the song “If I had a million dollars”. And she was a past champion on Jeopardy. For fun, Sally likes to compare notes with her good friend, Alexa, as they both enjoy helping you do your banking at Salem Five.
