Jim joined the Salem Five team in January 2023. He has been in the mortgage industry since the early 2000s, starting as a Loan Officer and later transitioning into an Operations Management role in 2006. Currently, he serves as a sales support specialist and Loan Officer with Salem Five. Throughout his career, Jim has accumulated a wealth of knowledge through his various roles, developing a deep understanding of the industry and building a large database of business partners and clients.
Before joining Salem Five, Jim worked in wholesale and correspondent lending at companies such as Guaranteed Rate and Envoy Mortgage. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Salem State University, with a focus on Finance.
Outside of work, Jim actively engages with the community, coaching his children in sports and volunteering locally, among other activities. He resides in Peabody with his fiancée and four children.
