Steven Roussel, a Mortgage Loan Officer with over 28 years of experience in Mortgage Lending, has recently joined Salem Five. He obtained his bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Massachusetts and enjoys being a rescue diver certified by Padi, as well as a recreational diver who likes to explore wrecks, reefs, blue holes, and even participate in Shark dives and feedings. His goal is to assist clients in purchasing or refinancing their dream homes by utilizing his extensive knowledge, experience, and Salem Five products to tailor loans that are most suitable for them. Steven specializes in various loans such as Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP), MassHousing, Portfolio, Jumbo, Construction, FHA, FHA 203k, VA, and other conventional loans. He is passionate about being a financial coach and creating lasting client relationships.
