We’ve recently been made aware of callers “spoofing” our Contact Center information. Spoofing is a common scam where callers mask their identity on caller ID or email with our Contact Center information in an attempt to make a request for personal information from you. This is a reminder for you that Salem Five Bank will never call or email and ask you for personal information, debit card information (card number, PIN or CVV code) or online/mobile banking username/password.
