Salem, Mass., May 15, 2017 – Salem Five Financial announced today that Christopher Mara has joined its team as a vice president and registered investment advisor. Mara, who will be based at Salem Five’s North Andover office (530 Turnpike Street), will be available to work with individuals, families and businesses on financial strategies for lifetime income, retirement and legacy planning, and wealth preservation.
Mara, who has more than 20 years of experience, previously served as vice president and senior financial advisor for Santander Investment Services where he was recognized as a top performing financial advisor. Prior to that, he was an assistant vice president and financial consultant for BankBoston Investment Service.

Mara earned a bachelor’s degree from Boston College. He is also a designated Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant. He is a member of the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce and lives in North Reading, Mass. with his wife and two children.
