Elizabeth Hawken Joins Salem Five as Vice President

Salem, Mass., May 3, 2018 – Salem Five announced today that Elizabeth Hawken has joined its team as a vice president and senior commercial underwriter, where she will be responsible for underwriting and review of commercial and land development loans within the bank's Commercial Lending Center in Georgetown.

Hawken, who has worked in financial services for more than 20 years, has extensive experience in commercial lending and portfolio management. She previously worked at People's United Bank as a vice president and portfolio manager. Hawken has held additional commercial lending roles at The Provident Bank, Lawrence Savings Bank and the former First & Ocean National Bank.

Hawken earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Simmons College. An active member of her local community, she serves as the Executive Secretary of the Board of Directors at the Bartlett Museum, the Amesbury Attitash Lake Shores Improvement Association and the Northeast Family YMCA. Hawken lives in Amesbury with her husband.
