- If you haven't already done so, please log into the Application Status Center to digitally sign your application via DocuSign.
- Upload a copy of your identification card here if you have not already done so.
After completing the above steps, you may enroll into online banking. If you already have an online banking account with Salem Five, your new account will be visible within 1 business day.
