Rebecca Fortado

VP, Branch Manager

Hello! I came to Salem Five through the Georgetown Bank acquisition, and I’m happy to be representing the bank in our community. I have been in Retail Banking for over thirteen years, and love assisting clients with their needs and being actively involved in my local communities. I attended Keene State College in New Hampshire where I studied Social Science with specializations in Psychology & Sociology and went on to receive my Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Outside of the office, I am on the Board of Directors for the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce, Board of Directors for The Open Door in Gloucester, Board of Directors for The Greater Newburyport Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Advisory Committee Member for the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence, Financial Literacy Advocate for the Keystone Club of the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence and am an Ambassador for The Next Generation Leaders for the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce. A lifelong resident of Ipswich, I live with my husband Joe, our son, our three dogs (two dachshunds named Tucker & Frank and a Great Dane named Bella) and two bunnies (Lucy and Dotty).
