What is Salem Five QuickPay?
Salem Five QuickPay is an electronic loan processing system which allows you to make a one-time loan payment to your Salem Five loan via our secure website on a desktop computer, tablet or mobile device. Please click here to use QuickPay.
What type of loans can be paid using QuickPay?
Commercial loans, residential mortgage loans, home equity loans and lines of credit and consumer installment loans.

How do I use QuickPay?
There are four steps involved in using QuickPay, to make one-time, online payments:
- Enter payment information: Your Salem Five loan account number, note number and the amount you are paying.
- Enter contact information: Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Select Checking Account or Savings Account as your method of payment and have the account and routing number handy.
- Review and submit: The system allows you to review the information you've entered and make any necessary changes if applicable. You will then submit the payment and receive your confirmation of payment via email if you provided a valid email address. Your e-mail address will not be used for any other purpose.
You will need to enter this information each time you make a payment using the Salem Five QuickPay service.

How do I find my loan and note numbers?
Your loan account number is the number before the dash on your loan statement. Note: Do not input any leading zeros, start with the number after the zeros, as shown in the red box below.
For consumer loans (for example, residential mortgages, home equity loans, and consumer installment loans), please enter the last digit of the note number.
For commercial loans, please enter the last three digits of the note number.
What payment methods can I use to make loan payments through Salem Five QuickPay?
These payments can be made with a checking or savings account from Salem Five or any other financial institution. You will need the institution’s routing number and your account number to complete the payment.
Will I need a password to make a loan payment using Salem Five QuickPay?
No, you will be asked for your loan number and note number from the most recent loan statement.
Is there a processing fee to make payments through Salem Five QuickPay?
Currently, there is no fee to pay your Salem Five loan online via QuickPay. If you would like to pay your loan over the phone, there will be a $15 processing fee. Please call the Contact Center at 800.850.5000 to process this request.
Can I make additional payments to loan principal or interest?
Payment amounts are limited to your regular payment amount due at this time. Payment of another amount may result in a delay in the processing of your payment.
How long does it take to post the payment to my loan if I make a payment using Salem Five QuickPay?
Payments made Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays) by 8pm ET using this electronic payment service will be posted the same day. Payments made after 8pm ET on a Saturday, on a holiday or on a Sunday will not be posted until the following business day.
Does QuickPay store my account information?
No, neither your mortgage information nor your checking account information is stored within QuickPay. You will need to enter this each time you pay via this method.
Will I be able to print a confirmation of my loan payment?
Yes. Once you make your loan payment you will be able to print the confirmation page in your browser. You will also be sent a payment confirmation email.
Can I cancel my Salem Five QuickPay payment once it has been submitted?
It may be possible to cancel a payment that was initiated the same day. Please call the Contact Center at 800.850.5000

I made a payment using Salem Five QuickPay, but it does not reflect on my loan that the payment was made, should I be concerned?
No, please allow one business day for the payment to be reflected on the loan. If you still have questions or concerns, please contact our Contact Center at 800.850.5000

Are there other alternatives for paying my loan with Salem Five?
The most convenient way to pay your loan is by setting up automated reoccurring payments (AutoPay).
WRITTEN NOTIFICATION FOR AUTOPAY MUST BE RECEIVED BY YOU AT LEAST THIRTY (30) DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE NEXT SCHEDULED DEBIT ENTRY
Print and mail it back to the address on the form. Note: this will be an automated monthly withdrawal from your account.
Other one-time payment options include
a Salem Five checking account and transfer the payment from your checking account into your mortgage account as needed (or set up a monthly reoccurring payment) within online banking.
