The Learning and Development Group brings learning to life. Through on- the- job experience and our learning centers you’ll gain the skills and knowledge you need to move your career in the right direction.
Both classroom and e-learning based options are available to enable employees to develop the skills for goal achievement. Our learning specialists are excited to work with you!
Some examples of recent professional training and learning opportunities include:
- Internal training -- nearly 20,000 total course completions to date (both instructor-led and online)
- Internal credit training program within commercial credit department complemented with company paid external credit analyst program.
- L.E.A.D. (Leadership, Excellence, Advancement, Development) internal leadership training program for aspiring leaders (10-week program)
- 12-month mentor program matching seasoned employees with aspiring leaders
- 150 licenses and certifications across multiple departments/divisions
- Conference attendance and memberships to industry associations
- Continued education opportunities for undergraduate and graduate degree programs
